DELIVERY SERVICE

You choose the product, we do the delivering. Horizon promises to ensure the customer is satisfied with their delivery which we schedule at your earliest convenience.

We offer delivery services to homes within the Midlands area. Delivery prices will range in correlation with the distance covered. Due to our limited coverage, we do not deliver nationwide.

Rest assured, we work with a range of delivery couriers who cover the areas we are not able to. Horizon Furniture is unfortunately unable to deliver to Northern Island,  the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, the Outer Hebrides and remote areas of the Scottish Highlands. 

The team at Horizon understand the importance of providing optimal customer service. 

Our trained professionals do assemble items at an extra charge. To discuss this further, please contact our team at Horizon. 

Please note. Prices for assembly will vary in regards to the type of furniture needing assembling.

We deliver Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. For out of hours delivery (including weekends), please do not hesitate in contacting us. We strive to improve not only our service but your experience with Horizon.  

Please note. We will require suitable Identification (Driving License etc.) upon delivery. We aspire to prevent fraud in order to protect our customers.  

Please allow up to 2-3 working days for any updates regarding delivery. We prioritise that all products are quality checked before delivery. Our meticulous professionals ensure all products are in the best condition possible.
